User experience design ensures that every design decision is made for the users who will be using this platform or product, spending more time on understanding the user than building a product that no one wants to use, following a simple yet effective formula of “user research, persona study, empathy mapping, user chart flows and wire-framing.”

The following steps are crucial in re-framing and creating several ideas in brainstorming sessions, as we adopt the user centered design methodology with various research and design techniques to meet your needs in each phase of the design process.
1- User Research
From the user, for the user
Personas, storyboards, customer journey maps, targeted segment: everything related to the user experience happens at this stage. During the UX research, our team seeks answers to the four top questions about the project at hand.
Who? Uncovering the identity of our targeted users, creating personas to categorize groups of potential users, representing their psychographics, demographics and geographics.
What? UX research is the systematic study of target users and their requirements, finding the answers to what our users need and adding realistic contexts and insights to the design processes.
Why? Our research team adopts various methods to uncover its benefits and why our users need this product.
How? By the end of the UX research, our team creates a plan of action to answer the question of how we can build this product to satisfy the needs of our users.
2- Competitor Analysis:
We do not believe in reinventing the wheel!
User experience design is never about finding the most outstanding solution; it is about finding the right one (Aka, the usable one). Starting from our firm beliefs that we are-not-meant to reinvent the wheel, we made it a habit to start our work by diving deep into what the competitors of our product have already created, tested and succeeded at. Our team will research the top local and international competitors, analyze their solutions, understand every design decision, uncover what was behind the thought process, highlight the best and worst about the solution, and then create a new UX solution for our client, providing them with the right solution that will meet the needs of their users.
3- UX design and wireframes:
Sketch first, paint later!
Did you know that every minute you spend planning saves ten minutes in execution? Well, that is why we take our time crafting the UX solution and then wireframing every single interface to ensure that we are executing the right solution and considering all possibilities of use cases and scenarios, going as far as edge cases can take us.
4- Design System:
Time to make some colorful decisions!
No matter how good the experience is, if the visuals are not as good as the experience, users will most likely not enjoy that experience; this is why our team ensures that our UI is creative, pleasing, friendly and enjoyable. Therefore, our team will create the Design system to forge the app's or website's visual identity.
5- User interface design:
It is happening; you can actually see the interfaces!
This is the part of our job we enjoy the most when everything is in place, set and ready for the creation of every single interface the user will interact with, starting from pressing the app icon or entering the URL of the website and ending with a satisfactory journey within the journey that we constructed specifically for that user.
6- Delivery:
Our job is done, and onward you go!
At the end of this lovely journey, we are always happy to see the project ending its UI/UX design stage. Cause guess what! This means the project is now ready for development, where our team will do that magic and turn it into our client's vision for their product.
